| As Harbour City was built beside the sea, the basement car park had a problem with water leakage. This problem was affecting the image of the world-famous shopping centre and the management need to renovate the basement car park on an annual basis. After applying Evercrete Deep Clean (DC) and Evercrete Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS), it stopped the problem of water leaking and gave better adhesion on the paint to the concrete wall. It has helped the management office to reduce its annual renovation budget and improve the image of the centre.
