Sun Hung Kai Properties' low-density luxury residential development, Peak One, is located in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. Peak One is being developed in three phases. The first phase containing 400 units in eight towers is expected to be ready by the fourth quarter of next year. Low-density mid-rise buildings will make up the bulk of the project, while detached houses will also be available.

| Being a low-density luxury residential development, Peak One Villas required Evercrete products to maintain the properties in a good condition as well as being durable. Therefore, they chose to use Evercrete TSA on all it stone and marble in order to protect against fungus/algae growth. Besides, Evercrete DPS was applied in the swimming pool and fountain to prevent the efflorescence from occurring. The developer was very satisfied with the performance of the product.
